A comprehensive Dashboard gives you immediate feedback on the status of the claims you are involved with. From the current status of claims, to the highlighting new and updated info, and tracking upcoming and missed appointments, you will be able to easily indentify the areas that need your attention the most.

The WC2 claims management screen gives you all of the basic info about the claim on a single screen. From this screen, you will also be able to add and review Action Plans and Notes, as well as Print and Email the claim and associated data.

Upcoming appointments and treatments are entered as Action Plans, allowing you to not only easily see what upcoming visits are scheduled, but to also keep up with any appointments that have been missed. A brief description of the visit may also be entered, providing everyone associated with the claim immediate feedback on how the visits are progressing.

A notes section allows unlimited notes to be entered and viewed by everyone associated with the claim. The notes are date, time, and user stamped for historical purposes.
